  1. Peel, core, and cut apples into quarters or wedges, depending on the size of the apple.
  2. Place apples in 1 quart baking dish.
  3. Dot apples with margarine.
  4. Sprinkle apples lightly with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Orange juice may be added if desired.
  6. Bake at 375 °F until tender, about 30 minutes.
