This is a great meal to make when you have no time and you're cooking for 1-2 people. It's bachelor food at its best!



  1. Slice up the Avocado and Tomato
  2. Place the tortilla in a fry pan on the stove and warm up both sides
  3. Add the Avocado and Tomato
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  5. Fold it up and fry both sides
  6. Take the wrap off the stove, open it up and add a dollop of cottage cheese
  7. Serve and enjoy!
