This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brampton Estate in Heath, Texas in 1988.

- ½ cup water
- 1½ cups baby carrots
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups baby corn husked
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add carrots along with honey and salt.
- Cover and cook 7 minutes.
- Add baby corn and parsley then cook 5 minutes adding more water if necessary.
