  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.
  2. Add rice, barbecue sauce, green onion tops, cilantro, garlic powder and liquid smoke.
  3. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  4. Serve with barbecued Chicken breast, sliced Pork or Beef.
