BARBECUE RICE PLATTER

Makes 4 servings.

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup chopped Onion
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion tops
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.
- Add rice, barbecue sauce, green onion tops, cilantro, garlic powder and liquid smoke.
- Cook until thoroughly heated.
- Serve with barbecued Chicken breast, sliced Pork or Beef.
