This is great to serve as a dip with fresh veggies. Excellent dressing for green or mixed veggie salad

[edit] Ingredients

• 2 avocados, pureed
• 1 1/3 cups sour Cream (lite is ok)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon chervil
• 1 dash Onion powder
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• 4 teaspoons fresh Lemon Juice

• Combine all the ingredients and Chill for 30 minutes.
