Avocado Dressing for Seafood Salads

This is like an avacado/hollandaise dressing. Excellent on a Shrimp salad
[edit] Ingredients
- 4 raw Eggs
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Butter, Melted
- 2 Avocados, quartered and Peeled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 dash Cayenne
- 1 dash Onion pepper

- Blend eggs with Lemon in a blender or Food Processor until it is lemon colored.
- Slowly add the bubbling hot melted butter, just drip it in, using a slow speed on your blender.
- Blend in the avacado& seasoning until smooth.
- Chill 30 minutes.
