Ingredients
- ½ (26-ounce) jar mango slices, chopped *
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe Olives, drained and chopped
- 1 small purple Onion, diced
- ¼ Cup minced fresh Cilantro
- 1/3 Cups fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp chili Garlic Sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried crushed Red Pepper
- 4 small California avocados, peeled and chopped
- * 2 large fresh mango, peeled and diced, may be substituted
Directions
Stir together first 11 ingredients in a large bowl.
Gently stir in avocado.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Serve with sweet potato chips or tortilla chips.
Makes about 5 cups.
