Garlic mayonnaise Edit

  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
  3. Whisk well before serving.

Asparagus Edit

  1. Steam asparagus until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
  2. Drain, arrange asparagus on plates and serve hot with spoonful of garlic mayonnaise.
  3. Alternatively, serve asparagus cold.
  4. After cooking, drain asparagus, rinse with cold water until cool, then drain again.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
