- 2 Cans asparagus Spears
- 6 Thin Slices Ham
- 4 t butter
- 4 t flour
- t salt
- pepper to Taste
- 2 c milk
- lb Cheese, Grated
- 6 Slices Toast
- Drain asparagus Spears
- Divide Spears Equally Among Ham Slices. Roll Ham around asparagus
- Place Rolls, Seam Side Down, on Lightly Greased BakingSheet. Bake at 325F Until heated through.
- Melt butter in Medium Saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and milk. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Stir in Cheese.
- Place asparagus rolls on toast.
- Top with Cheese Sauce.
Yield: 6 Servings
