• 3 quarts Milk
• 2 lbs. Sugar
• pinch of Salt
• 1/4 t. Baking Soda
• 2 egg yolks
• Cinnamon stick

[edit] Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
2. Stir constantly, preferabily with a wooden spoon.
3. Add the egg yolks and let cook 2 or 3 minutes longer.
4. Remove cinnamon stick.
5. Let cool.
