• 1 cup of corn flour
• 1/4 cup of oil
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• 1 teaspoons of Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoons of salt
• 1 egg

[edit] Directions

• Mix all the ingredients except the oil.
• In a shallow frying pan heat the oil.
• Pour the mix one spoonful at a time into pan, making small cakes.
• Fry the cakes till golden brown on both sides.
• Serve immediately.
