Fried corn cakes from Antioquia with Cheese or Pork rind

• 1 x Basic arepa Dough recipe
• 1 cup Grated Muenster Cheese, OR
• 1 cup Ground chicharrones

[edit] Directions

1. Knead dough with Cheese or chicharrones
2. Shape into 4-inch discs and deep-fry in hot oil until crispy.
3. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
