  1. In a saucepan cover apricots with water and bring to boil over medium heat.
  2. Keep on simmering boil for 40 minutes.
  3. apricots must be tender.
  4. Add Sugar the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  5. Drain apricots and puree in blender.
  6. Add rum.
  7. Fell center of Apples with puree and mound some on top.
  8. Chill 2 hours before serving.
