Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 12 yolks
- 200 g sugar
- vanilla
Directions
- Peel apples, remove the core through the hollow of stem.
- Fill this hollow with sugar and bake in a preheated oven until done (you are able to cut with fork).
- Sauce:.
- Beat yolks with sugar, vanilla and add hot wine.
- (warning* do not double recipe unless you have a really big bowl).
- Put the bowl with sauce in a pan with hot water and whip until dense.
- Serve apples and the sauce cooled down.
