Ingredients

• ¼ cup cinnamon
• 2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp ground ginger

Directions

1. Fresh grind your own nutmeg.
2. Once you grind the nutmeg, it should be used in about a month.
