• Swamp or Cotton-Tail Rabbit
• Bacon or Pork Drippings
• Flour
• Salt
• water

[edit] Directions

• Dress swamp or Cotton-Tail Rabbit.
• Wash, cut up, and cover with water, and cook until nearly done.
• Take pieces out of liquid, dust with flour and salt, and fry until brown in a Skillet of Pork-Fat.
