Amish Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ tsp sage
- ½ cup Pet milk
- 2 cups crackers
- ¼ cup onion
- ½ cup cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all above together.
- Pat into an oval loaf in a baking dish.
- Put the extra shredded cheese over top of loaf.
- Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour.
- Will freeze well.
