Almond very fine layered cake

[edit] Ingredients

• 12 eggs
• 7 oz/210 g confectioner's sugar
• 9 oz/280 g blanched and finely chopped almonds
• 2 1/2 oz/70 g flour
• grated lemon peel
• butter
• Vanilla cream II or Butter cream with chocolate

[edit] Directions

1. cream 6 whole eggs and 6 yolks until foamy.
2. Add the almonds, lemon peel, flour and 6 whipped egg whites.
3. Mix gently and pour into the buttered pan. Bake at medium heat.
4. Fill with vanilla cream or butter cream with chocolate.
