- 1 7-1/2-ounce can salmon, drained
- 4 green onions, trimmed and sliced diagonally
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie soy sauce
- 1 red pepper, trimmed and sliced
- 1 cup snow Peas
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 2 cups cooked rice
Flake salmon; set aside.
Spray non-stick pan or wok with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add onions, soy sauce and pepper; toss. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Add salmon, Peas and Mushrooms; toss. Cover and cook 1 minute. Serve over rice.
