Ingredients
- 2 quarts has-ingredient::spinach, washed and torn into medium-sized pieces
- 2 quarts has-ingredient::romaine lettuce, washed and torn into medium-sized pieces
- 2 quarts has-ingredient::chicory, washed and torn into medium-sized pieces
- A combination of thse fruits: has-ingredient::pineapple, has-ingredient::mango, has-ingredient::avocado, fresh has-ingredient::coconut, has-ingredient::oranges, has-ingredient::bananas, has-ingredient::strawberries.
Directions
- Place the spinach, romaine and cicory in salad bowls.
- Cut the fruits into fings or strips, about three per bowl.
- Arrange the fruits attractively in the individual salad bowls.
- Serve with has-ingredient::lime dressing or a few drops of has-ingredient::green vegetable coloring.
