• 3 quarts Milk
• 2 lbs. Sugar
• 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
• Cinnamon Stick
• pinch of salt
• 2 egg yolks

[edit] Directions

• Combine Milk, Sugar, Baking Soda, Cinnamon Stick, and salt and simmer.
• Stir constantly 4-5 hours.
• Add the egg yolks and let cook 2 or 3 minutes longer.
• Remove Cinnamon Stick.
• Let cool.
