Each of these recipes uses four 1½ inch thick loin pork chops. Sauté chops in a heated skillet 4 minutes. Per side or until cooked through.

Lime Mango Chutney Chops Edit

  1. Season chops with 2 tsp jerk seasoning.
  2. Cook as directed above.
  3. Top with mango chutney.
  4. Serve with lime wedges.

Pork with Orange Rosemary Sauce Edit

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tsp butter in skillet before adding chops.
  3. Cook as directed above.
  4. Remove to a plate.
  5. Add ½ cup each orange juice and chicken broth, and 1 tsp dried rosemary.
  6. Boil until reduced to half.
  7. Pour over chops.

BBQ Pork Sandwiches Edit

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook as directed above.
  3. Remove to a cutting board, cool slightly.
  4. Shred meat, heat 1 cup BBQ sauce in skillet.
  5. Add pork, stir to coat, then heat through.
  6. Spoon on toasted hamburger buns.
