In a Shaker Half Filled With ice Cubes, Combine The light Rum, Anejo rum, orange Juice, And lemon Juice. Shake Well. Strain Into aHighball Glass Almost Filled With ice Cubes. Top With The ginger Ale.Garnish With The lemon Twist.

• 15 Ounce Can cream of Coconut
• 1 Large Can pineapple Juice
• 3 Ounce Can Limeade
• 1 Quart vodka

Mix Together in Large Plastic Bowl. Place in Freezer For 24 Hours,Stirring After 12 Hours. it Will Become Slushy. When Ready to ServePlace 2 Scoops Into Glass And Fill With Chilled 7 up or Sprite.

Topping: Whip Cream With maple Syrup Until Soft Mounds Form. SetAside. Divide maple Syrup And whiskey Among 4 Warmed Heatproof GlassMugs or Goblets. Pour in coffee to 1-Inch of Top. Spoon Topping Over coffee.

amaretto Alexander

• 12 Ounces amaretto Liqueur
• 1 Pint Half-And-Half
• 6 Ounces White Cr?me de Cacao
• 1-1 /2 Quarts vanilla ice Cream

Combine amaretto, Cr?me de Cacao, And Half-And-Half in Blender. Put aScoop of ice Cream in Each Sherbet Glass And The Remainder inBlender. Blend Well. Pour Into Sherbet Glasses And Serve.

• 3 cinnamon Sticks
• 2 Teaspoons Whole Cloves
• 1 /2 Teaspoon Ground nutmeg
• 1 /2 Gallon apple Cider
• 1 Cup sugar
• 2 Cups orange Juice
• 1/2 Cup lemon Juice
• 1 Cup brandy, Any Fruit Flavor

Tie cinnamon, Cloves And nutmeg in Cheesecloth. Simmer cider And sugar With Spices For About 15 Minutes. Remove Bag of Seasonings. Add orange Juice, lemon Juice And brandy. Heat to Bubbling And Serve.

• 3 Cups Alcohol, Cooking
• 2 Cups sugar

Boil sugar in Enough water to Make Syrup. Add apricots And Simmer ForSeveral Minutes. Strain And Allow to Cool. Add Alcohol, 2 Cups of water And The Rinds. Pour Off Into a Bottle And Store For at Least 1Month. Strain And Rebottle For Future Use When Ready.

• 1 Pound apricots, Dried
• 4 Quarts water, Warm 6-1/2 Cup sugar
• 2-1 /4 Cup brown Sugar 1-1/2 Cup raisins
• 1 Tablespoon ginger
• 2 lemons, Thinly Sliced
• 2 oranges, Thinly Sliced 1/2 Cup yeast

Wash apricots Several Times Changing water With Each Wash. Dry AndCut in Halves. Place in a Large Crock And Pour on Warm water,Reserving 1/2 Cup to Dissolve yeast Cake. Stir in Sugars, Fruit, raisins And ginger. Add Dissolved yeast And Mix Well. Cover With TopOf The Crock And Let Stand For 30 Days Stirring Mixture Every OtherDay. After 30 Days Strain Mixture And Bottle.

Baltimore Eggnog

• 1 Ounce brandy
• 1 Ounce jamaican Rum
• 1 Ounce madeira
• 1 egg
• 1 Teaspoon sugar
• 3/4 Cups milk - or ? 2 Ounces heavy Cream nutmegShake With ice And Strain Into a Highball Glass. if heavy Cream isUsed, Top The Drink With milk. Dust Surface With Lots of nutmeg.

banana Colada

• 3 Ripe bananas, Peeled And Quartered
• 18 Ounces Unsweetened pineapple Juice
• 4 Ounces coconut Milk
• 3 Ounces dark Rum
• 2 Cups ice
• 1 /4 Cup Toasted coconut

Place bananas And pineapple Juice in a Blender And Blend UntilSmooth. Add coconut Milk, rum And ice, Mix Until Frothy. Garnish WithToasted coconut.

Batidos

• 1 Cup papaya, Peeled And Chopped
• 1 Cup mango, Peeled And Chopped
• 2 Cups pineapple, Peeled And Chopped
• 2 Small Ripe bananas, Peeled And Chopped
• 3 Tablespoons [[fresh lime Juice]]
• 1-1 /2 Cup Fresh coconut Milk
• 1 Cup white Rum
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 2 Cups ice Cubes

Combine All Ingredients, Except ice in Blender And Blend UntilSmooth. Add ice And Blend Until Frothy.

Brazilian rum With lemon Juice

• 2 Teaspoons egg Whites
• 2 Tablespoons sugar, Superfine
• 2 Ounces Brazilian rum
• 1 Ounce lemon Juice
• 4 ice Cubes
• 1 lemon Slice

Combine eggs White And sugar in a Mixing Glass. Stir With a Bar SpoonTo Dissolve sugar. Add Cachucha, lemon Juice And ice Cubes. Place aBar Shaker on Top of Mixing Glass And, Grasping Glass And ShakerFirmly Together With Both Hands, Shake Vigorously 9 or 10 Times.Remove Shaker, Place a Strainer on Top of Glass And Pour Into aChilled Old Fashioned Glass. With a Sharp Knife, Slit lemon SliceFrom Peel Just to Center And Use The Slit to Hold The Slice on TheRim of The Glass.

Bay Breeze

• 1 Fluid Ounce vodka
• 2 Fluid Ounces pineapple Juice
• 2 Fluid Ounces cranberry Juice

Fill Highball Glass With ice. Pour in Ingredients And Stir.

Beaurita

• 2 Ounces vodka
• 2 Ounces tequila
• 2 Ounces lime Juice
• 2 Dashes tabasco Sauce
• 6 Ounces Crushed ice

jalapeno Pepper For Garnish salt For Rim of Glass

Mix Ingredients in a Blender. Pour Into salt-Rimmed Martini Glass.Garnish.

beer Margarita

• 6 Ounces Can Frozen Concentrated Limeade
• 6 Ounces tequila
• 6 Ounces beer

Combine Ingredients in Blender. Add a Couple of ice Cubes And BlendBriefly. Allow to Set For a Few Minutes. Pour Contents Over ice in salt-Rimmed Glass.

Bloodhound

• 1 Fluid Ounce gin
• 1/2 Fluid Ounce sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 Fluid Ounce dry Vermouth

Shake With ice And Strain Into a Chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish WithTwo Crushed strawberries.
