- 1 Cup Chopped hazelnuts, Toasted
- 3 Cups flour
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 3 Sticks unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 Cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tsp vanilla
A Cookie Press With Decorative Disks
Decorating Colored Sugars And nonpareils
Heat Oven to 350 Degrees. Pulse Nuts And 1/4 Cup flour in Food Processor Until Finely Ground. Whisk Nut Mixture, Remaining flour, baking powder And salt in Bowl to Mix. Beat butter, sugar, egg And Extract in a Bowl Until Fluffy. Beat in flour Mixture Until a Soft Dough Forms. Divide in Fourths, do Not Chill. Place Dough Into Cookie Press And Press Out Cookies on Ungreased Baking Sheets. Change Disks For Different Shapes. Sprinkle With Sugars And nonpareils. Bake 12 min. or Until Golden at Edges. Cool Completely.
