- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar **note
- 3 Green onions, Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
- 1 Cup water
- 2 lb Salmon Fillets
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Warm water
- 1. Heat oil in a Medium Skillet Over Medium Heat. Stir inGarlic And brown sugar, And Cook Until garlic is LightlyBrowned. Stir in Green onions, And Cook Until Tender. MixIn Oyster Sauce And water.
- 2. Place Salmon Fillets Into Skillet, And Reduce Heat toMedium Low. Spoon Sauce Mixture Over Fillets. Cook 10 to
- 15 Minutes, Until Fish is Easily Flaked With a Fork.
- 3. Remove Fish From Skillet, And Set Aside. Mix CornstarchAnd Warm water Into The Remaining Sauce Mixture. Stir UntilThickened to Desired Consistency. Pour Over Salmon to Serve.
